All services are delivered in accordance with applicable UK laws and Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.

All services are subject to operational feasibility, safety assessment, and regulatory approval.
All drone operations are conducted in accordance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.

Cheshire Skyworks reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel operations where legal or safety compliance cannot be maintained.
Safety decisions are final.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking or project date.
No dates are reserved without cleared deposit payment. For weddings and private events, full balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date unless agreed otherwise in writing.
For commercial projects, remaining balance is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Drone operations are weather dependent.
Cheshire Skyworks reserves the right to reschedule operations in the event of:
No liability is accepted for delays caused by factors outside reasonable control.
The client agrees to:
Failure to meet these conditions may result in cancellation without refund.
Inspection and survey imagery is provided for visual documentation purposes only.
Cheshire Skyworks does not provide:
Clients remain responsible for professional consultation where required.
Crop monitoring, field mapping, boundary documentation, and estate overview imagery are supplied as visual reference materials only.
Outputs should not be relied upon as certified survey data unless explicitly agreed in writing.
All video and photographic content remains the intellectual property of Cheshire Skyworks unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Usage rights are granted to the client upon full payment for agreed commercial purposes.
Raw footage is not automatically included unless specified in writing.
Cheshire Skyworks reserves the right to use captured content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless confidentiality is requested in writing prior to project commencement.
Live broadcast and remote production services are subject to technical, environmental, and third-party platform limitations.
Cheshire Skyworks cannot guarantee uninterrupted live transmission due to:
No liability is accepted for interruptions beyond reasonable operational control.
Cheshire Skyworks maintains public liability insurance appropriate to its operations.
We are not responsible for:
Liability is limited to the total contract value of the services provided.
All client information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
Project imagery is stored securely and not shared publicly without consent unless agreed within contractual terms.

Cheshire Skyworks shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, regulatory restrictions, emergency services intervention, or equipment failure.
